1. Enquiries Advisor
This is a consultative admissions position that serves as primary counsel to RDI’s prospective students, educating prospects about online degree programs, career outcomes, and financing, while helping to clarify key decision-points and solution alternatives which align with needs of the individual. Admissions Advisors utilise consultative relationship building skills, a mastery of highly complex educational program offerings, and a strong achievement-orientation to promote RDI in a passionate yet transparent manner, ensuring we are meeting the needs of our students.
This role is responsible for counselling the prospective student through the full life cycle of the enrolment process. This entails initial relationship development, exploration of needs and personalised solution offerings, navigating the decision-making and application process, and asking for the business when appropriate in addition to effectively preparing the student for long-term success. As the dedicated resource, this process involves multiple interactions, often over an extended period of time. It requires developing an advanced understanding of the enquiry and application process, of the systems and tools necessary for navigating and managing workflow and pipeline, and of how to help prospects make fully informed decisions on how to achieve their educational objectives.

2. Accounts Manager
To support and manage the sales and purchase ledger processes and other related areas including payroll within the Finance department, ensuring policy compliance, timeliness of reporting and month end close providing an accurate and valid representation of these areas within the accounting system.
Main duties and responsibilities
• Manage and support the sales ledger team processing of all student and other sales invoices ensuring accurate coding, update of all systems and release of student modules. • Manage the debtor ledgers including Student loan monitoring and monthly reporting • Manage and support the Purchase ledger administrator in the processing of all supplier/tutor invoices ensuring accurate coding, allocation to purchase order and validity of authorisations and subsequent payments and queries • Review and manage the set up and compliance of all preferred suppliers, negotiating terms and discounts • Manage all Insurances relating to RDI UK companies – liaising with insurance brokers ensuring adequate cover of all business risk • Manage contracts/leases (telephones, computers, cars etc) ensuring suitability and cost effectiveness correct payment and compliance with notice periods are adhered to • Maintain and reconcile all Petty Cash transactions. Order foreign currency as and when required • Process and ensure authorisation before payment of all staff Expenses, and company credit card transactions • Ensure monthly bonus information is authorised and accurate • In conjunction with data supplied by HR provide information to Payroll Agency to process the payroll and related reports • As supplied by Payroll Agency – Process Nett payments to individual bank accounts each month by way of internet banking Process payments to Inland Revenue for the purpose of PAYE and NI contributions Process payments to Pension providers including ‘salary sacrifices’ Check P11D’s annually and prior to submission to the Inland Revenue Post all related journals into accounts system • Identify and implement improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the Accounting transaction team and Reporting processes • Ongoing assistance to Group Financial Controller involving preparation of miscellaneous analyses as and when required • Liaise with external and internal/Capella Auditors as and when required
