RDI improves organisational performance and employee competitiveness
For nearly 20 years, RDI has helped to develop individuals and their companies throughout the world. During a recent visit to Nigeria, Dr Philip Hallam (CEO of RDI) was asked to discuss how RDI helps both companies and the employees within, to improve their competitiveness.
Dr Hallam explains, "we have worked with at least over 1000 individuals to help them achieve
distance learning qualifications which are UK universities
international recognized qualifications. As part of this learning
process, these individuals develop new skills, new capabilities that
demonstrate their potentials. They have succeeded in their jobs. Some
of them would now be generating a significant amount of wealth for the
local region, and that is very important that wealth is generated in
the region and for the region; and that is what Rdi strives to do."
