More employees benefit with RDI

With over 500 people currently on course to gain their NVQs, RDI is continuing to enhance company performance in 2009.

In addition to delivering UK university qualifications via distance learning to individuals, RDI works with both UK and international businesses to train, develop and motivate their own workforces - resulting in not only huge benefits for the companies themselves but also the opportunity for employees to gain their own valuable qualifications.

Stewart Lyle, Business Development Manager for RDI, explains:

"RDI has access to substantial Train2Gain government funding streams to develop new skills and implement business improvements across your organisation. Typical improvement programme consists of a step-by-step plan aligned to your business objectives, where you have full control over the programme’s duration, timing and outcomes. As part of the improvement programme staff are assessed against the requirements of a Level 2 NVQ and receive a qualification."

RDI has more than 18 years experience of delivering productivity improvement for a range of manufacturing, aerospace, construction, retail, telesales and warehousing organisations throughout the UK."

"Our clients tell us the benefits include increased productivity, timely delivery, and staff attendance with a dramatic decrease in arrears, staff turnover and defects."

RDI is currently working with a number of airlines including Emirates and Air Canada and South African Airways as well as introducing its Business Improvement Techniques programme in UK companies such as Remploy.
