August student blog now available

We've already had the completion of an HND, an application for a degree and a few surprises along the way, but Nicky has now given access to her latest learning blog - The Second Module.

At RDI we are constantly looking for new ways to offer you insights into what it's really like to be on a distance learning course. Over the last year we have offered you student testimonials and student insights and are now receiving blogs from our students.

So why does Nicky write these for us? She explains...

"I am a "prolific producer of written work" - to quote my old English teacher from school(!). Writing is cathartic for me, so producing these blogs is no problem - good therapy in fact!
 
I really want to do this because I think there are a lot of women like me who might be considering distance learning but don`t have the confidence to just go for it. The whole experience has been so positive for me that I want to tell as many people as possible about it and encourage them to do the same. These days all is no longer lost if you don`t go the traditional straight-to-university route, and from my own experience doing this later in life has been far more rewarding and relevant!"
