Description: This unit gives an overview of the types of business and personal communication in the sales context. Different forms of written and electronic communication will be examined. Students will also learn how to plan effective communication with stakeholder and customer groups. The unit will help students develop their personal communication skills, and stress the importance of questioning and listening techniques. Students will develop a good understanding of the use of body language in sales, and how it can be used to interpret and influence customer response.
