Q) Why did you choose RDI?

A) First heard about RDI in Accra and decided to pursue my studies through a source that was already credible and established in West Africa. Moreover, having surfed through the Internet, RDI provided the most appropriate and cost effective learning scheme to my taste

Q) Did you always think you'd be studying for your qualifications?

A) Yes, I have always thought of it, most especially when we meet and chat with colleagues who have already achieved their Masters.

Q) How has distance learning changed you?

A) First of interaction with people from all walks of life, and doing studies independently but with direct and sufficient guidance means a lot to me. Presently, I look at situation and issues from my learning perspective - listen to understand, research, analyse/assess and act. It is gradually changing my attitude to work style - the way I now view people, the work place and business and staff issues. I am taking on the philosophy of always looking at the other side also.

Q) What do you believe are the main benefits of distance learning?

A) The challenge and freedom to read, research and experiment. The luxury of "learning while earning" can never be overemphasized.

Q) What will your qualification give you?

A) My qualification will give me premier recognition in my organization which is a prelude to promotion with additional responsibilities. I have already earned the experience working in Information Technology, Finance, Marketing, Adminsitration and Human Resource departments for the past 20+ years. What is next could likely be another field of professional studies, probably in International Law or Finance???

Q) Anything to add?

A) No matter what, learn and achieve. If you have one more chance and time, spend it learning and achieving professional status.
