A) I live with my husband and we have two children
Q) Do you work full-time or part-time and where?
A) I have full-time position as a Deputy Director at World Learning/USAID office in Kosovo
Q) Why did you choose RDI?
A) I chose the distance learning as RDI offered exactly what I was looking for – the flexibility in study time.
Q) Did you always think you'd be studying for your qualifications?
A) No I did not, but searching in the internet and seeing the
possibilities that were offered by RDI – very convenient price,
accredited University degree, flexible time for studying etc. - made me
decide to take the opportunity and study for the masters program.
Q) Any adversity or issues along the way?
A) None
Q) How has Higher Education changed your career, personal life or you as a person?
A) I am in the very beginning of my studies, but so far I can say that
the program helped me manage better the time, think in a more
strategic way, better writing skills, seeing things from the different
angles etc.
Q) What do you believe are the main benefits of distance learning?
A) The main benefits of distance learning are that you are able to
continue working and studying in the same time; be with the family when
they need you; manage the time for studying instead of arranging
everything to be in time for lessons = less stress.
Q) What will your qualification give you and what is next?
A) The qualification will give me the opportunity to move ahead with my
carrier. Many doors will be opened for me in the huge employment
competition.
Q) Anything you'd like to add?
A) I found RDI to be very active in providing support to the students.
