I chose RDI because of the convenince and the quality materials available via RDI. I always thought I'd be studying for my qualification, as it is in line with my vision.
I had a few challenges before i started this programme. First, my application was not approved by my organization and then i got married, got pregnant and had my baby......

Higher education has changed me in the sense that I look at things differently. I am more imaginative, and I also appreciate people and what they do. I understand how small things add up to a big picture. It has also improved my interpersonal skills and has helped me with my day to day activity in the customer service enviroment.

The benefits of distance learning are countless. It affords you the opportunity to study and work conveniently at the same time. It encourages research work, it is interactive in the sense that you interact (online) with other scholars within and outside your country. It helps you discover that knowledge is limitless.

My qualification will give me a competitive edge.I will apply for positions in my organisation where i will be very relevant. This should help take me to the next level.
