I started working there as a “stop gap” before I went to university at 19, when I told them I was leaving to study they offered to pay for my degree course if I studied by distance learning - then I found RDI.

A dream come true!

I never thought I would be able to have a full time job, support my house, and live the life-style I want as well as studying for my degree – which was a dream come true. I have friends who took the Uni option at the same time as I started my degree, I feel I have had the advantage – I have now gained years of industry experience and got qualified along the way! In cut throat recruitment you need the time and experience to get anywhere, plus working and learning shows commitment to any employer. I don’t feel I have missed out on campus life since I can afford to go out with friends, have nice holidays, buy nice clothes (very important) which I couldn’t do if I was on campus full time.

You can afford nice shoes, and study!

Studying for my degree with RDI has helped me to get promoted, increased my salary prospect, not to mention my confidence - plus it has given me much more potential to do work that I would like to do in the future, not restricted to what I can apply for without qualification. The main benefits are that your life isn’t on hold, you can learn and earn! Bargain... You can afford nice shoes, and study! Great
