"I live in my own house, with my husband, children and pets and I work full time at South East Essex Primary Care Trust as a Senior Programme manager.
I wanted to progress to an MBA and this course enabled me to start off and build up to that, it also appeared to offer flexibility. It is something I have thought about for a while. 

The main problems I came across were trying to work full time, run a house, be a wife and mother while studying for course. Other than that, nothing else!! 
I haven't finished my course yet so can’t really comment on the impact it has had on my career, however it does seem to have been a point of interest on my CV that I am studying towards my MBA.

The main benefits are that I can study when I have spare time and I don't need to take time out of my work day. Hopefully this qualification will give me a good grounding going forwards. I can't think beyond the studying yet but would hope that it will lead to a better, more fulfilling position in the future."
